Refund & Billing Policy
Draft — subject to final review by counsel. Effective 3 June 2026.
1. What you are buying Mishale is sold as report credits. One credit generates one Computational Feasibility Memo. New accounts include a small number of free evaluation reports; paid credits are purchased in packs. Credits never expire.
2. Payment and taxes Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax), which may be added at checkout or are your responsibility where not collected.
3. When a credit is consumed A credit is consumed when a report is generated (delivered to you). A failed generation that produces no report does not consume a credit.
4. Refunds - Generated reports are non-refundable, because the computational work has been performed and delivered. - Unused credits: you may request a refund of unused, unexpired credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing jambo@mishale.bio; we refund to the original payment method. - We may issue discretionary refunds or credit for verified service faults. - Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Failed payments and chargebacks If a payment fails or is reversed, the related credits may be withheld or revoked. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at jambo@mishale.bio so we can resolve it before raising a chargeback.
6. Enterprise & funded-program plans Growth and Enterprise plans are billed under a separate written agreement (e.g. an MSA/Order), which governs fees, invoicing, and refunds for those plans.
7. Changes We may change pricing and this policy prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased. Questions: jambo@mishale.bio.
